All participants communicate their behaviors and motivations through open-ended online blog diaries and documentary films. After daily interactive conversations with our community managers, this design can collect 500-1,500 observations of usage events. This quantity is enough to statistically analyze with our proprietary behavioral analytics tools. EXPLORE uncovers 10-20 archetypal situations, which are then summarized to provide actionable strategic guidance.
